How do I access a course purchased through Sjolie?
You receive a confirmation email with instructions for accessing your course or courses in the NSTPA learning portal. Keep that email so you can return to the material when you need it.
Must I finish the Master Course before the Mini-Course?
No. The Product Theory Mini-Course is a separate course. You can purchase it with the Master Course or at a later time.
Is there a deadline?
Study on your schedule with 24/7 online access. The courses are self-paced, with lifetime access, no expiration, and ongoing material updates. You can return to lessons as your knowledge and business develop.
Can I cancel a course purchase, exchange it, or receive a refund?
All course purchases made through Sjolie are non-refundable because access to the course material is provided immediately. Cancellations, exchanges, and refunds are not available.
Can I study from outside the United States?
The courses are available in selected countries and are offered in English only. A stable internet connection is recommended. Review the current country and access requirements on NSTPA’s website ↗ before purchasing.
What if I buy a Starter Kit after purchasing a course?
Sjolie Starter Kits include complimentary access to both the NSTPA Master Course and the Sjolie Product Theory Mini-Course. You will still be granted access with your kit even if you purchased a course separately before.
This course access is a bonus with no monetary value. It cannot be exchanged, and an earlier course purchase is not eligible for a refund or credit.

Does the Master Course include videos?
No. The NSTPA Master Course is a reading-based program. It does not include video tutorials. Choose a live virtual or in-person Sjolie class if educator demonstrations and interaction are important to you.
Is the NSTPA Master Course run by Sjolie?
No. NSTPA independently creates and manages the Master Course. Sjolie offers a separate Product Theory Mini-Course on the NSTPA platform.
Can I buy the Product Theory Mini-Course separately?
Yes. You can purchase it alongside the Master Course or separately at a later time.
